Riyadh-Mubasher: The shareholders of National Petrochemical Company (Petrochem) gave the go-ahead on Tuesday to elect a new chairman and vice chairman, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders also approved, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), the financial statements for 2015.
