Kuwait - Mubasher: Petrofac British Group announced on Tuesday that it acquired a contract worth $1.3 billion for engineering, procurement, and construction works at Burgan oil field which is owned by Kuwait Oil Company (KOC).
Work in Burgan will start soon and is expected to be completed by mid-2020, Petrofac added.
Kuwait is one of the main markets of our group in the Middle East, the group’s chief operating officer, Marwan Chedid, said.
