Cairo – Mubasher: Pioneers Holding Company for Financial Investment announced that its chairman and managing director Walid Mohamed Zaki Ibrahim reduced his stake from 8.40% to 2.54%.
The shareholders sold about 54.78 million shares for EGP 474.42 million at an average of EGP 8.66 per share, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
It is worth mentioning that in 2019, the company reported net profits of EGP 1.35 billion, up from EGP 1.22 billion 2018.
