Cairo – Mubasher: Arabeya Online for Securities Brokerage has unveiled that Pioneers Holding Company for Financial Investment (PIOH) decreased its stake in Egyptians for Housing and Development (EHDR) to 2.53% from 3.07%.
PIOH has sold 491,000 shares in its stake in EHDR in consideration of EGP 1.88 million, according to a bourse statement.
EHDR’s shares were sold at EGP 3.83 per share, Arabeya Online revealed.
The Egypt-based developer Sunday reported a 42.8% year-on-year increase in consolidated profits during 2017, registering EGP 27.09 million.
