Cairo – Mubasher: Pioneers Holding Company for Financial Investment has recorded today the highest stock performance since 8 September.
The stock quote rose 4.1% to EGP 12 by 12:00pm Cairo time, the highest mark in 27 months approximately.
Turnover reached EGP 51 million after 4.3 million shares were traded in 1,000 transactions.
Earlier, Mahmoud Gibreel, Managing Director of Amwal Asset Management, a subsidiary of Pioneers, said the company increased its asset size to EGP 1.1 billion from EGP 850 million in 2015.
Moreover, the subsidiary targets to increase this size to EGP 2 billion during 2017.
Cairo bourse's main index added 301 points or 2.7% to stand at 11,461 points by 12:00pm Cairo time.
