Cairo-Mubasher: Arab Polvara Spinning and Weaving (APSW) said on Wednesday that the bankruptcy lawsuit filed against the company, which was scheduled to be heard today, was adjourned to 9 March.
The lawsuit was adjourned to allow more time for reviewing its notes and documents, the company added in a statement to the bourse.
Ezzeddin El Maghrabi Dabbah, Chairman of Arab Trade, Investment & Cotton Trading filed a bankruptcy lawsuit claiming that the company did not pay cheques issued to the plaintiff related to cotton supplied to the company.
