Cairo-Mubasher: Arab Polvara Spinning and Weaving has failed to duly release its financial statements for the period ended 30 September 2015 because of halting work at the company.
Polvara suspended work due to electrical failures and holidays given to staff until 1 December.
The spinning firm gave its employees a paid holiday from 15 November 2015 until 30 November 2015.
The financial statements are being prepared, and then will be submitted to the board and auditors for approval, the company said in a bourse statement.
Financials for the first nine months of 2015 showed a 0.8% decline in losses to EGP 78.72 million, compared with EGP 79.3 million a year earlier.
