Mubasher: The board of Port Services Corp has recommended the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders at 55 baisas per share, according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) on Tuesday that dividends will amount to OMR 5.23 million, representing 55% of the company’s capital.
The company’s capital totals OMR 9.5 million distributed over 95.04 million shares at a par value of OMR 0.1 per share.
