Cairo – Mubasher: Porto Group Holding said Wednesday that it has sold 22.8 million treasury stocks during Tuesday’s trading session out of a total of 125 million stocks, according to a bourse statement.
The company’s board of directors earlier approved to sell 125 million treasury stocks as of 22 November to 21 December.
In January 2016, Porto Holding’s board bought 125 million treasury stocks at EGP 0.38 per share.
The stock stood during yesterday’s trading at EGP 0.31.
