Cairo – Mubasher: Prime Holding chairman Shireen Abdel Raouf Mohamed Alkady has reduced its stake in the company from 11.39% to 0.00686%.
Alkady sold 8.29 million shares for EGP 40.65 million at a price of EGP 4.9 per share, according to a bourse filing released on Wednesday.
The company said earlier today that TY Communication Contracting and Mobile Services has increased its stake in Prime Holding to 11.39% after buying 8.29 million shares at a price of EGP 4.9 per share, totalling EGP 40.65 million.
