Cairo – Mubasher: Prime Holding said Monday that the board of directors approved purchasing 2.83 million treasury shares at EGP 9.2 million.
The quote per share was set at EGP 3.25, the company added in a bourse filing.
Earlier, sameem Capital sold its 6.69% stake, or 4.87 million shares, in Prime Holding at EGP 2.82 per share with a total amount of EGP 13.74 million.
