Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Printing and Packaging Co.’s (SPPC) board approved appointing Adel Al-Nassir as chairman as of 27 December, the company said in a filing to the Saudi bourse on Sunday.
In addition, the board accepted the resignation of non-executive board member Saad Al-Azwari, to be effective from the acceptance date, 27 December.
Turki Bugshan was named as an independent board member to complete the current term ending on 6 May 2018.
