Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced on Sunday that a private transaction was executed on the shares of Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH), which is also listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX).
The private transaction included 6.242 million shares at a total value of KWD 1.694 million ($5.7 million), according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
At the stock level, EKH closed Sunday’s session 0.68% higher at 295 fils when traded on Boursa Kuwait.
