Kuwait-Mubasher: Privatization Holding will hold a board meeting on 22 November to discuss a capital reduction, according to a bourse filing.
The Kuwaiti company’s current capital stands at KWD 73.83 million, distributed on about 738.3 million shares with a par value of 100 fils each.
