Kuwait-Mubasher: The board of Privatization Holding has recommended on Sunday a 17.4% capital decrease to KWD 61 million from KWD 73.83 million.
Privatization Holding said that the reduction is estimated at 7.5% of the treasury shares which amount to KWD 5.51 million for one stage, and at 9.9% of the authorized capital for another.
The decrease percentage of the authorized capital stands at 73.23 million shares with a value of KWD 7.32 million; 100 fils per share, added the company.
