Cairo – Mubasher: Proceeds from ‘Aman El-Masreen’ certificate amounted to EGP 130 million now for 115,000 customers since it was issued early March, vice chairman of National Bank of Egypt (NBE) said.
The demand for buying this certificate is on the rise now, and is expected to grow over the coming period, Yehia Abou El Fotouh told Mubasher in a phone call.
Former prime minister Sharif Ismail had stated that the monthly installment of Aman certificate for free and temporary laborers will start from EGP 4 to the highest premium of up to EGP20, on which customers will benefit from for five years or 10 years.
