Dubai – Mubasher: Property off-plan sales in Dubai grew considerably in 2017, according to a report released by Hamptons International Company.
The growth was attributed to positive investment opportunities and the increase of foreign investors, especially Chinese investors, the report found.
Renting services were flourished, as householders' and renters' demand surged 23% and 34%, respectively.
The demand was mainly focused on residential units in Dubai Creek, Dubai Hills Estate, and Emaar South, Hamptons International revealed.
