Mubasher: The volume of real estate transactions in Kuwait decreased by 28% in November 2017 compared to the same month last year, according to a recent report by Kuwait Finance House (KFH).
Sales of the commercial and investment segments declined, while property transactions in the residential sector increased.
The number of transactions in the real estate segment in Kuwait decreased by 12% year-on-year in November, KFH’s report added.
On a monthly basis, the value of property deals shrank by 26.4% in November, reaching the lowest level in the first half of 2017 after sales value grew by about 36%.
Real estate value totalled KWD 166 million in November, KFH said.
