Cairo-Mubasher: Pyramisa Hotels and Resorts said its board gave the go-ahead for bonus share distribution for 2014 at EGP 3 a share.
In March, shareholders approved 0.15-for-1 bonus share distribution at nearly EGP 64.8 million.
The company reported net earnings of EGP 92.4 million for the fiscal year 2014, a surge of 100.4% compared a year earlier.
Consolidated net earnings for 2015 reached EGP 56.39 million, a fall of 38.9% compared with EGP 92.39 million in 2014.
