Kuwait-Mubasher: The Japanese refinery company Idemitsu Kosan and Kuwait Petroleum International (Q8) are filing to starting a joint project in Vietnam, according to a statement.
The prospected partnership will help in marketing oil products in the Asian country oil demands are expected to rise.
The joint venture should be developed under the name of Idemitsu Q8, with the two parties owning 50-50 stake.
