Mubasher: The Qatar Exchange (QE) saw gains for the second consecutive week, supported by five major sectors, amidst low trade.
The main index went up 0.25% or 22.09 points, and closed at 8,825.70 points.
The market capital increased by 0.99% and reached SAR 485.44 billion.
Insurance led the rising sectors as it went up 13.09%, real estate increased by 10.07%, and industry rose 3.01%.
Traded values declined 40.4% to QAR 1.65 billion, while volumes decreased 14.6% to 76.71 million shares.
