Mubasher: Qatar Electricity and Water Co (QEWC) said that its subsidiary Nebras Power acquired three companies, namely BTU Power Company, Asia Gulf Power Holding Company, and Asia Gulf Power Service Company.
The overall value of the acquisition deals total $93 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.
It is worth noting that BTU Power owns a 25% stake in both Asia Gulf Power Holding and Asia Gulf Power Service.
