Doha – Mubasher: Qatari German for Medical Devices Company postponed its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings due to the lack of quorum.
The company set 20 April as an alternative date for the meetings.
The Qatar listed company earlier posted a net profit of QAR 2 million ($0.5 million) in the fourth quarter of 2015, compared to QAR 3.4 million ($0.93 million) in the same period of 2014.
