Doha – Mubasher: Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) has acquired a 9.9% stake in Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT), Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported on Wednesday.
ESRT is a real estate investment trust fund, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), which owns the Empire State Building, Manhattan, New York City.
Qatar's sovereign wealth fund earlier purchased a 24.9% stake in the operator of St Petersburg airport from Germany’s Fraport.
