Doha – Mubasher: QInvest Bank, affiliated to Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB), launched oversubscribed QInvest SQN Income Fund in cooperation with SQN Capital.
The fund, which is a Sharia-compliant closed-ended fund, provides an opportunity for investors to access income-generating assets in developed markets, according to a statement on Sunday.
The joint fund will pay out a 7% net yield annually on a monthly basis, in addition to achieving an internal rate of return ranges between 8% and 9% in a five-year period.
QInvest intends to launch another fund in the same series this year.
