Cairo – Mubasher: Qatar National Bank Al Ahli (QNB Ahli) said Thursday that its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings (OGM, EGM) are going to be held on 16 February to discuss a capital increase.
The bank said that the Egyptian Exchange has approved the completion of procedures to raise the capital by EGP 1.484 billion, according to a bourse filing.
