Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) started Tuesday’s trading in green territory, encouraged by the massive growth of all sector.
By 09:55 am Qatar time, the general index grew 0.62% to 9894.64 points, adding 60.52 points.
The bourse’s turnover amounted to QAR 41 million after 2.5 million shares were traded through 818 transactions.
The real estate sector topped the QSE’s risers adding 1.4% as Mazaya Qatar Real Estate jumped 8.09%.
Similarly, the banking sector levelled up 0.30% due to Islamic Holding Group’s 2.53% growth.
Mazaya Qatar Real Estate’s stock led the QSE in terms of trading volume with 1.9 million shares, generating QAR 14.9 million in liquidity.
