Doha – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) added 1.41% on a weekly basis to end this week’s trades at the level of 10,053.95 points.
The market liquidity narrowed by 13.1% through this week trades to reach QAR 1498.14 million, while the trading volume slide by 28.8% to 46.58 million shares.
The market sectors ended this week in green zone collectively, topped by the communication sector that added 4.85%, followed by the real-estate sector and the industrial sector which gained 2.6% and 0.47% respectively.
31 stocks ended in green zone topped by the Islamic Holding company as it gained 6.55%, while 9 stocks declined topped by the Qatar General Insurance that shed 4.44%.
Meanwhile, four stocks ended this week unchanged.
