Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange’s (QSE) general index dropped 38.26 points, or 0.38%, to close at 10,107.42 points on Sunday.
The QSE’s liquidity retreated to QAR 360.58 million on Sunday, compared to QAR 411.25 million in the previous session, while trading volume rose to 18.58 million shares from 16.89 million on Thursday.
The banking sector fell 0.17% after Ahli Bank tumbled 4.03%.
Meanwhile, the real estate sector levelled up 1.84% as Ezdan Holding advanced 4.04%.
Medicare Group led fallers and declined 4.03%, while Zad Holding topped gainers after adding 10% to QAR 134.20, its highest level since its listing.
Qatar First Bank’s (QFB) stock, which added 3.81%, registered the highest trading volume with 5.56 million shares, whereas United Development’s stock, which inched up 0.14%, spearheaded the QSE in terms of turnover of QAR 24.99 million.
