xDoha – Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange’s (QSE) main index ended Wednesday’s session falling by 0.15% or 15.98 points to the level of 10,372.20 points.
Trading volume reached 5.4 million shares exchanged at QAR 286.7 million through 2,404 transactions, compared to 3.96 million shares exchanged on Tuesday at QAR 146.95 million.
The telecom sector declined 0.53% as Ooredoo shrank 0.84%, the insurance and real estate sectors also dropped by 0.26% and 0.20% respectively.
The banking sector slid 0.04% as Dlala topped losers with a fall of 2.62%.
On the flipside, the consumer goods and services sector rose 0.47% and the transportation sector leapt 0.22%.
