Doha – Mubasher: The main index of Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) fell in Thursday’s early trading by 0.25% or 26.62 points to the level of 10,564.98 points.
By 10:00 Am Doha time, trading volume reached 747,410 shares exchanged at QAR 31.8 million through 580 transactions.
The index was pressured by the drop in Industries Qatar, Masraf Al Rayan, Qatar Insurance by 0.75%, 0.69% and 1.23% respectively.
The insurance sector was the worst performer after falling by 0.95%. The industrial and banking sectors also fell by 0.26% and 0.15% respectively.
The consumer goods sector was the only riser after adding 0.04%.
Mannai Corp topped losers with a decrease of 2.65%, while Qatar National Cement led the green list with a growth of 1.36%.
QNB made the highest liquidity of QAR 9.39 million.
