Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) saw a negative performance in the week ended 6 October.
The main index lost 0.75% or 28.77 points to reach 10,357.33 points.
Turnover stood at QAR 1044.88 million this week, compared to QAR 1127.55 million last week. Trading volume reached 28.75 million shares, compared to 29.53 million shares.
The transportation sector topped losers with a 1.86% rise, while the real estate sector was the best performer after adding 0.23%.
Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) led gainers after adding 6.08%, while Al Khaleej Takaful Group was the top loser with a 4.15% decline.
