Doha – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) fell in Tuesday’s mid trading by 0.24% or 23.47 points to the level of 9,721.5 points.
By 11:00am Doha time, trading volume reached 5.99 million shares exchanged at QAR 119.09 million through 1,930 transactions.
Ezdan Holding declined 0.8%, Qatar Insurance fell 0.85% and Ooredoo slid 0.64%.
The telecom sector shrank 1.01%, the industrial sector dropped 0.67%, the insurance sector decreased 0.62% and the real estate sector declined 0.28%.
On the other hand, the transportation and banking sectors rose by 0.74% and 0.22% respectively.
