Doha – Mubasher: The benchmark of Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed Wednesday’s trades rising 0.65% or 68.9 points to the level of 10,653.83 points.
Trading values increased to QAR 361 million shares from QAR 261.5 million shares exchanged on Tuesday, traded volume also rose to QAR 11 million from QAR 8.5 million.
The index was backed by a rise of Industries Qatar and Masraf Al Rayan by 1.35% and 1.10%, respectively.
The real estate sector levelled up 1.34% on Barwa Real Estate which hiked 8.25%.
The banks sector grew 0.66%, supported by Islamic Holding Group which added 3.5%.
On the other hand, the insurance and consumer goods sectors fell 0.31% and 0.04% respectively,
