Doha – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) opened Monday’s session falling by 0.21% or 21.75 points to the level of 10,120.42 points.
The real estate sector declined 0.88% as Mazaya Qatar led the red list after dropping by 2.8%, the telecom sector shrank 0.65% due to a 0.85% fall in Ooredoo.
The banking sector slid 0.22% as QIB retreated 1%.
On the other hand, the industrial sector rose 1.5%, backed by an increase of 1.5% in Aamal, and the transportation sector grew 0.03% as Gulf Warehousing advanced 0.19%.
Dlala Holding topped gainers by adding 4.42% to QAR 22.2.
