Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) saw a bullish performance in the week ended 15 June, with its main index gaining 0.22% or 20.22 points to reach 9,257.9 points
Market capitalisation rose 1.07% or QAR 5.3 billion to QAR 500.65 billion ($136.56 billion) this week, compared to QAR 495.35 billion ($135.69 billion) last week.
Liquidity amounted to QAR 1.93 billion this week, compared to QAR 2.93 billion. Trading volume reached 82.32 million shares, compared to 104.42 million shares.
The banks sector was the value leader and most active, followed by telecom and real estate.
