Doha – Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) rose in Monday’s early trading by 0.68% or 67.89 points to the level of 10,016.63 points.
Trading volume reached 2.9 million shares exchanged at QAR 131.7 million through 919 transactions.
The telecom sector leapt 1.3% as Ooredoo rose by 1.74%, the banking sector grew 0.62% due to an increase of 2% in National Leasing, and the real estate sector advanced 0.48%, backed by a 1.5% rise in Ezdan Holding.
Meanwhile, the consumer goods and services sector dropped alone by 0.27%, pressured by a 3% Fall in Mannai.
