Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange rose in Wednesday’s mid trading by 0.92% or 89.33 points to the level of 9,769.25 points.
By 11:10am Doha time, trading volume reached 4.98 million shares exchanged at QAR 109.23 million through 1,990 transactions.
QNB increased 0.66%, Ezdan Holding grew 1.63% and Industries Qatar leapt 1.5%.
The insurance sector advanced 1.64%, the real estate sector rose 1.45%, industrial Sector (+0.86%), transportation sector (+0.76%), banking sector (+0.7%) and consumer goods sector (+0.49%).
Meanwhile, the telecom sector declined by 0.61%.
