QSE halts trading on Qatari Investors

Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) suspended trading on Qatari Investors Group’s share as of Thursday.

The company had made a bourse statement saying it faces a lawsuit filed on 18 January, but the QSE received no communication on the case ruling issued on 18 January, the bourse clarified in a statement. 

The court declared the annulment of any decision to be taken in the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for 1 Match.

The Qatar-listed company faces lawsuits by Ezdan Holding group and its subsidiaries.

The company’s ordinary general meeting was postponed to 6 March due to lack of quorum.
