Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) started Sunday’s trading session in red territory.
By 09:45 am Qatar time, the general index inched down 0.04% to 9,315.07 points, losing 3.5 points.
The bourse's turnover amounted to QAR 14.73 million after 1,010 shares changed hands through 175 transactions.
The real estate sector topped the QSE’s losers falling 0.26%.
Meanwhile, the transportation sector headed the bourse’s gainers adding 0.66%.
Qatar Gas Transport’s (Nakilat) stock, which rose 0.69%, led the market in terms of trading volume with 571,850 shares, generating QAR 9.21 million in liquidity.
