Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) started Tuesday’s trading session with negative performance.
By 09:50 am Qatar time, the general index fell .38% to 10,686.54 points, losing 41 points.
Turnover amounted to QAR 21.12 million after 679,000 shares were traded through 520 transactions.
The banking sector topped decliners, falling 0.48%, while the goods and services sector headed gainers with 0.62%.
Masraf Al Rayan’s stock, which plunged 0.49%, led the QSE in terms of liquidity with QAR 3.66 million, while QAMCO’s stock, which went down 0.49%, spearheaded the market in terms of trading volume with 138,200 shares.
