Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) main index advanced by 0.34% or 33.27 points to close at 9,774.98 points on Thursday.
The main index performance was boosted by the gains of Commercial Bank of Qatar as it added 4.43% and the gains of Qatar Industrial Manufacturing as it added 0.07%.
Most of the market sectors ended in green zone, topped by the transportation sector and banking sector that added 0.91% and 0.13% respectively.
The insurance sector was the sole decliner as it lost 1.38%.
The market witnessed 6 million shares changed hands worth QAR 249.5 million.
