Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) gained 1.14% or 112.21 points in Thursday’s early trading, reaching the level of 9,926.73 points.
Trading volume came to 3.25 million shares exchanged at QAR 88.35 million through executing 1,270 trades.
The index’s main constituents rose collectively, topped by the consumer goods and services, real estate and industrial sectors as they leapt by 1.98%, 1.65% and 1.49% respectively.
Mesaieed Petrochemical Holding was the best performing share after adding 4.97%, while Aamal topped losers after falling 1.25%.
The main index dipped yesterday by 0.59% or 58.61 points to the level of 9,814.52 points.
