QSE opens Monday on negative note

Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) fell in Monday's early trading by 0.21% or 22.38 points to the level of 10,641.11 points.

Trading volume reached around 801.4 shares exchanged at QAR 30 million through 550 transactions.

The transport sector went up 0.10% as Gulf Warehousing Co. rose 1.63%.

The banking sector shed 0.20% as Dlala Holding led the red list with a 3.48% fall.

The real estate sector added 0.05% backed by United Development and Ezdan which rose 0.81% and 0.07%, respectively.

Salam International Investment was the most active in terms of traded volume with 380,640 shares, while Qatar Fuel was the most active in terms of traded values by QAR 5.3 million.
