Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) fell 0.19% or 17.17 points to reach 9,117.99 points, in Tuesday’s early trades.
By 9:37 am Qatar time, five sectors declined, led by the real estate sector with 1.08% as Ezdan Holding Group and Barwa decreased 1.45% and 0.78%, respectively.
The telecoms sector shed 0.28% after Ooredoo lost 0.43%, while the banks sector went down 0.24% as Masraf Al Rayan levelled down 1.13%.
On the other hand, the transportation, and the consumer goods and services sectors increased 0.42% and 0.31%, respectively.
Traded volume reached 412,660 shares with a liquidity of QAR 6.98 million.
National Leasing Holding’s (Alijarah) stock was the most active in terms of trading volume with 326,280 shares exchanged and a turnover of QAR 4.57 million.
