Doha – Mubasher: The Qatari bourse’s main index kicked off Tuesday’s trading session in green, with a rise of about 0.20% or 21 points to 10,696.87 points, as most sectors surge.
However, QE Al Rayan Islamic Index fell by about 0.05% to 4,007 points, while the All Shares Index leapt 0.14% up to 2,852 points.
Trading value at morning came to around QAR 21.17 million generated from executing 574 trades on about 806.1 shares.
The insurance sector was the top gainer with 1.97% up, while the real estate headed the red list after moving 0.18% down.
Qatar Insurance topped rivals with a 3.09% increase, whereas Qatari Investors Group was the weakest with a fall of 1.49%.
On Monday, The Qatar Stock Exchange’s (QSE) main index closed with a fall of 1.48% or about 160.5 points, reaching the level of 10,675.74 points.
