Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) rose at Monday’s open by 0.02% or 1.89 points to the level of 10,727.87 points.
Trading volume reached 1.25 million shares exchanged through 1,070 transactions, making a turnover of QAR 41.03 million.
By 0:05am Doha time, the telecom sector grew 0.33% as Ooredoo leapt 0.74%, the industrial sector advanced 0.10% as Aamal topped gainers by adding 1.05%.
Meanwhile, the real estate sector declined 0.42% due to a fall of 0.19% in Ezdan and the banking sector dropped 0.03% as First Gulf Bank and QNB shrank 0.20% and 0.18% respectively
Qatar Industrial Manufacturing headed the red list after falling 0.87%.
Mesaieed made the biggest trading volume activity with 279,400 shares, while Medicare Group made the highest turnover of QAR 12.81 million.
