Doha – Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) witnessed gains in Thursday’s early trades.
The general index added 0.43% or 48.84 points to reach 10,017 points.
Industries Qatar rose 1.94%, while Masraf Al Rayan and Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ) grew 0.15% and 0.77% respectively.
The real estate sector added 0.66% as Ezdan Holding Group and Barwa Real Estate advanced 1.2% and 0.8% respectively. The industrial sector also went up 1.35% as Qatari Investors Group (QIGD) went up 4%, while the telecom sector increased 0.49%.
On the flipside, the banks and insurance sectors fell 0.5% and 0.01% respectively.
The market saw trading of 1.08 million shares through 722 transactions, with a turnover of QAR 32.5 million.
