Mubasher: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) started Wednesday’s trading in the green, encouraged by the hike of all sectors.
By 10:15 am Qatar time, the general index grew 1.8% to 8,805.87 points, adding 154.39 points.
Turnover amounted to QAR 74.7 million after 3.6 million shares traded through 1,400 transactions.
The real estate sector topped the QSE’s gainers led by Ezdan Holding Group’s 3.14% growth.
The banking sector levelled up 2.5% after Qatar First Bank and Qatar National Bank (QNB) gained 2.63% and 2.6%, respectively.
Similarly, the industrial sector went up 1.39% as Investment Holding Group surged 5.08%.
