Doha – Mubasher: The main index of the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) edged up 0.80% or 76.51 points in Monday’s early trading, reaching the level of 9,677.48 points.
Trading volume reached 2.3 million shares exchanged at QAR 59.33 million through 1,120 transactions.
The real estate was the best performing share after adding 2.90%, while the telecom and banking sectors fell by 0.34% and 0.20% respectively.
Salam International Investment topped risers with an increase of 9.98%, whereas Ahli Bank headed losers after falling 8.91%.
The benchmark index closed yesterday in green, as it gained 115.07 points or 1.21% to the level of 9,600.97 points.
